2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

- Payment is due at checkout using accepted eCRATER payment methods.
- You'll receive an email confirmation after placing your order.

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Orders ship within 3–5 business days.
- Delivery time depends on your location and shipping service.
- We are not responsible for postal or customs delays.

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Returns are accepted within 7 days for non-custom items in original condition.
- **Custom or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective or damaged.**
- Buyers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Contact us with your order number and return request.

5. CANCELLATIONS
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if production or shipping hasn’t started.
- **Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has begun.**

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Report damaged items within 3 days of delivery with photos.
- We'll offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim.

7. CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
- Custom items include personalized designs, names, dates, or messages.
- **All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after production begins.**

All content, designs, and images are the property of this store. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.
